Full Payment or Deposit

Enrollment: Maximum of 30 campers.

Cancellation policy: Your $50 non-refundable deposit reserves a spot in the camp. Full balance is due by Jan. 16, 2015. After that date, no refunds. (If you pay full balance before 1/9/15, the remaining $160 is refundable till that date.)

Cancellation due to any “winter weather event”: Fees will be applied to make-up weekend (TBD), or refunded.

Skill level of campers? All levels are welcome except total beginners. If you know your basic chords, and can do simple flatpicking and/or fingerpicking techniques, then you will be fine. If you are beyond that level, you'll be fine, too!


SCHEDULE

(all times are approximate, and the number and length of the workshops might be adjusted as we take stock of the camper base's skill level and wishes!)


FRIDAY

Arrival: 6pm to 7 pm. “Meet and Greet”. Introductions, description of workshops, and—of course—some music making! We should be done by around 9:30.


SATURDAY

Saturday is a LONG day! Be prepared!!!!

Arrival: anytime after 8:30 am.

Morning workshops:

10:00 to 10:50

11:00 to 11:50

12:00 to 12:50


1:00 to 2:30: Lunch break(Bring your own. There is a kitchen and refrigerator)/jamming time/naps/one-on-one time

Afternoon workshops

2:30 to 3:20

3:30 to 4:45


5:00 to 6:30

Potluck meal/Fellowship/Camp Photo (Note: family members are welcome at Potluck)


7:00 to 9:00

Instructors' performances (Campers' family members are welcome. The concert is also open to the public)


SUNDAY

Arrival: anytime after 9:00 am

Morning workshop: 10:30 to 11:20

The big workshop (all campers and all instructors): 11:30 to 1:00


1:00 to 3:00: lunch, then prep time for the campers' performances (The camper performances are the capstone of the weekend. It's the reason why the campers AND the instructors are there. Instructors will provide accompaniment to any student they can accommodate. Campers are NOT required to perform, of course! Campers can perform as a solo, and/or with other campers and teachers)


3:30 to 5:30: Campers' performances. (family members are welcome)

5:30 to 6:15-ish: Clean up, and good-byes! See you next year.
